The MongoDB database has been installed during  the installation as a service on the respective computer. For the operation of the Keymanagement TSObjectkey  this service must be started. Under the “Computer Management/Services”,  you can check,

If the service “MongoDB Server” is present,
If the service “MongoDB Server” is started.

If you have not installed this service, you can install it with the setup program.
